Join us for a fun-filled family day at Alexandra Park, Bundaberg on Saturday 9 May 2026, as we celebrate our little Queenslanders.

This free event is open to families with children of all ages, and little Queenslanders (aged 0-2) can register to receive a personalised certificate in-person at the event, officially welcoming their newest addition to our vibrant community.

The Department and its authorised contractor may take images and recordings (whether audio, visual or otherwise) of attendees at the Event. The Department and Event Partners may use, publish and reproduce the images and recordings in any form (whole or in part) and by any medium (including online and in print) in order to promote and report on the Event. The Department will use its reasonable endeavours to seek the consent of identifiable persons appearing in images and recordings prior to capturing their images. However, in large crowd photographs, this may not be possible. By registering your/your guests attendance, you agree to the collection and use of your image in accordance with this privacy statement. Otherwise, if you do not wish to appear in any photographs at the Event, please speak to a staff member at the event or contact us via email at littlequeenslanders@premiers.qld.gov.au.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) (IP Act) and the Queensland Privacy Principles (QPPs).

The information collected is necessary to facilitate your interest and the commemorative certificate at the G’day Little Queenslanders event (‘the Event’). If you choose not to provide this information, you will not be able to receive the commemorative certificate.

Your personal information may be used by the department or disclosed to other Queensland Government entities to notify you of Queensland Government events and initiatives both now and in future years. Additionally, the department may disclose your information to Queensland Government representatives attending the Event.

If you do not wish to be notified of future programming, or you do not wish for your information to be provided to other attendees, please contact: engagementandpartnerships@premiers.qld.gov.au.

We use the EventsAIR platform to facilitate and manage online registrations for physical and virtual events. EventsAIR will use your name and email address for the purpose of verifying your registration and to identify you on the EventsAIR platform.
